tidbits indeed. i had a necklace with two strands of green glass beads which i decided to split into 2 different necklaces i could layer. so with an old chain from a clutch, a keyring that matched and the beads from the original necklace ... ta-da!



i hope everyone had a lovely valentine's day! the bf and i celebrated with a trip to the asian market for some fun foods and sushi making supplies. he always insist on buying me flowers. how could i say no?



his most favorite subject in the world is science fiction, so lately his presents have been related to all things space. i made him this v-day card to let him know how special he is.



i've really gotten into this whole "rice" made from cauliflower or broccoli. it's pretty simple to make. just stick it in a food processor then steam for a few minutes, then top with a little bit of salt and butter. it's a nice way to cut carbs out of dinner and still feel full.
